Title: Abbreviations
Post by: trekkiejonny on July 14, 2014, 01:52:49
I was wondering if there was a comprehensive list of the common abbreviations used by those familiar with altered states of consciousness and Out of Body Experiences?

Was reading a post and it had terms like NP Focus, SP, F 23, F 27, BST. Tried to discern by context but that was difficult being new to all this and not having a frame of reference.

If there isn't one I think we should start one :)

Robert Monroe used terms like focus 10 focus 12 .
p.s. You may be confusing terms like  bbw ( big beauty full woman ) and str8 used on chat rooms .

QuoteNP Focus, SP, F 23, F 27, BST

Non-physical focus, sleep paralysis, focus-23 (one of the marker states of consciousness in Robert Monroe's system), focus-27 (same system), Belief-system-territory (non-physical environment built by a person with strong pre-conceptions of what non-physical life is like)

Any others?

They are sort of massively-recurrent jargon terms for non-initiates to speak to one another with.
