Hey guys!
 Well i recently came across the different views about masturbation in this site.What i think i have understood is that ,it is not something negative or bad as purported in our society. It is okay as long as u r in control and not become an addict or a sex mongering fanatic. But if u r involved in this process u tend to loose energy. I want to know if i can replace this energy.......and i am 19....not in a relationship and never have been( my community isn't all that forward in these things)!so i tend to distress myself by masturbating!! Initially i used to feel guilty...but now i have come to accept it to be normal. On top of this i am also interested in climbing the spiritual ladder. So what i want to know is ...that will this habit of mine affect my progress???...if yes what am i supposed to do....how can i get rid of this lust ??...anyway i would be grateful if somebody can put some of their light into this topic.anyway thnx..
