more on my subject couldnt u cover yur body in ki so u can withstand the pressure and stuff speed puts on a human body

ok is it possible to improve your speed like for example run faster than what people see or just fast enough to dodge people hits or save somebody before they die. do u have to use ki energy or is there a kinesis for it i dont anyone anything about it
