Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum.  Basicly I just finished reading Robert Bruce's book, "Astral Dynamics."  I've been practicing Astral Projection consciously
for 2 months now, had one AP so far.  I'd love to learn more on this Astral Pulse Island[?], Tips on entrance ways from the RTZ or Easier ways.  Anyways I hope to learn more from here soon! good bye.
