APing and creativity

Since I started practicing APing, I've noticed an increase in my creative abilities - after a long pause I have inspiration to write poetry, I draw much more and I'm constantly humming different new melodies, although I really didn't tend to compose music before.
Is this because my mind is becoming more open, and thus I receive more from the "great cosmic pot of knowledge and inspiration"? And, if so - what is that really creates music, art, inspiration as such? Is it God? My higher self? The subconscious mind of the humanity?

i noticed the exact same thing,
some times when doing trance/energy work i could FEEL not hear, but feel amazing blissful like music, probably impossible to play on any instrument/synth we have now.
i think great creativity comes from an ability to act spontaneously, and to live spontaneously means your "aligned" with the now, the moment. not thinking about the past, future or your own self imo.
thats exactly what the zone is in music or athletics, like trancending any traning or preconceptions and just letting the creativity create itself, without "you" getting in the way...
