Well, do these things work? I've been reading about astral projection for a while and I am often lucid in dreams...do these really induce astral projection or is it a scam?

Some people seem have some some success with binaurials (the product). Robert Bruce even included such a CD with his book, so obviously he places some value in them. But dont expect it to do all the work for you!!!!!! I did, years ago, and was dissapointed
