Welcome to the Astral Pulse! [] The best way to get started is to read over some of the past threads and get a feel for the layout of the forum. You might want to look at the Astral Consciousness forum, for example, and read over the "sticky" topics. They were made to stay in place because they were thought to have a recurring value to members. Also, take advantage of the search engine at the top of the page as well as our File Library.

One thing I must mention is that the forum is for the airing of public opinion, and sometimes disagreements arise. We just ask that when people disagree, they treat others with respect. Extreme rudeness and profanity are discouraged. That being said, there are a lot of good people here and a wealth of ideas, views and information. We'll look forward to reading and trading posts with you.

Heya!

I'm a total newbie to all of this!
Through a recent family tragedy, this spiritual realm has just woken me up big time!

Mostly, i feel like i'm walking around in a daze and not sure how the heck to intergrate some of this 'stuff' into my day to day existence.  [:I]

I'm open. It's a start. I'm trusting that i'll learn/remember as i go...

I invite any suggestions that you might have for this part of my journey - and for the general participation at this site...
