Just curious, but anyone else here enjoy running on a weekly basis?
I started at the beginning of 2015 in an effort to lose weight. I wasn't all that consistent, but this year I'm determined to get out there more.
I think I've done about 30km since last week. Loving it. Feels so good, especially after you're done. hehe
I use to be into sports and running but stopped when I lost my health. If you can do it then go for it. It's a great way to work out. Running is too hard on my feet so I just bike these days. Keep up the good work.
I used to combine fitness and running on the threadmill. I stopped but around March (after I finish my exams) I will start running there again.
