Hey folks!

I hope everyone is well.

I wanted to ask your opinion on this. It has been in the back of my head for a while now and would love some input.

Let me start off by saying that I am a hunter. I have been pheasant hunting and plan on doing big game hunting soon. Most of my family hunts and I grew up learning gun safety at a very young age... etc. The medium that I see often says that I got alot of animals around me.

My question here is... I do hunt, but I also love animals. I often have times where I can't pull the trigger when I am hunting either. This used to not be an issue but as I grew up I have changed with that. I watched a hunting video the other day. My heart literally sank when I saw the mountain lion get shot. (With an arrow) Two dogs cornered it up in a tree and the hunters shot the lion. When I was young I wouldn't of had a problem with that. But I literally felt my heart sink and had to stop watching the videos.

When I have an OBE, and if I see any animals, I don't want to be confused as to why they are there. I hope that made sense? The thing is I bond with animals like crazy. Alot of dogs seem to really like me, when their owners tell me they don't normally like people. Yet I still go hunting and shoot certain animals. As for the animals I have shot, do you think they understand what I was doing? This medium said that I had a bear around me once. I have NEVER been bear hunting. I haven't even seen but probably 4 bears in my life.

I hope this question makes sense... Kinda ironic huh? Love animals, yet I am a hunter.
I just don't want to get confused in the astrals if I see any animals around me. I am not scared to OBE or anything now, I was just wondering what you all think.

I appreciate it guys. Kinda a weird and strange topic I know.

My better halves sons, meaning Mary Jo's sons all hunt. But they appreciate wild life as well. Most hunters do, they also appreciate the outdoors and all it has to offer. I don't believe there is anything wrong with hunting, if you are going to eat it. But I am against hunting just for the kill or what people call game hunting. If you feel guilty about this it may show up in the Astral though.

Thanks Lionheart.  :-)

I guess the question I would ask is, why do you hunt?  For food or for the fun of killing something that's alive?  If number two, it may be why you feel guilty about it.
If you want to still enjoy the atavistic reward you get from hunting, make sure you are doing for food, and that the animal hunted gets the gratitude you feel for feeding you.

I've had a similar issue myself: I've got a lot of ground squirrels (chipmunks) on my property, and while they're cute as hell, they damage my yard and dig holes close to my house, and it can weaken the foundation over time if you just let them have at it. So I bought hunting pellets for my pellet gun. Being an animal lover myself, it was hard to take that step, but once I got to looking at them as pests, like roaches, you can't just let them mess up your stuff. You have to get rid of pests. So I look at it the same way as I would stepping on a roach in my house. Maybe if I ate them and made a coat from their hides it would be even better? (j/k of course)

It's worked though. I've only had to kill off a few and fill in the holes and haven't seen any in a few weeks. But I would never kill anything for fun. Hell, I'd like to think I'd never kill anything period, but we all swat mosquitoes without guilt.
