Are there such things as Astral Moths?

I keep finding holes in my favorite shirts. They look like little moth holes but there is no moth in my room to put them there....At least no physical moth from this dimension. I ask because for a while it had stopped and then all of a sudden it appeared again. It seems to happen only when other activity is going down in my apartment such as frequent nightmares and stuff. It seems to be connected somehow. Any ideas as to what it could be?

It was done by thoes little " no see ems "  .  My guess would be   that the holes were made by a small critter of some kind . You may of spilled acid , or a cleaner on your shirts . I work in mine,  some  have lots of holes in them , I get mine at a local thrift store on a 1/2 price sat.

What are the "no see ums?"

The " no see ems " are critters too small to see and always bug you .  Some times there real some times there only in your mind . I was being funny in suggesting that they were responsible for the holes in your shirts.

Actually I did just catch a gnat in my house. I have sprayed the entire place with flying bug killing stuff. I asked about the Astral Moths because I just honestly don't know about this stuff. I know so very little about Astral anything. So my posts my seem stupid or panicked to somebody who knows a lot but I am not meaning to come off that way. I am seeking help for it. Next times somebody who posts something you think would be funny, please try and remember that we are all human. Thanks.

I guess I was thinking that ever one knew what a no see em was . Ok sory .  There are the astral elementals , I dont think they make holes in shirts , but people do see them .

There are more physical reality explanations for holes in clothes than 'just' non-physical things.
