I went into chat last night and meet someone who said they were new and had been reading the forums. They said they had been in chat all day, that a lot people would come in and the leave mad if no one would talk to them after about 30 seconds. Maybe this person will be in there again today if you want to check. But usually there is no one in there when I am there.

Perhaps you should choose a different server... Maybe one that does not require a registered nickname for use. Find one that's good, then i get to show off my mirc scripting skills

Irc = Internet Relay Chat. mIRC is a program used to connect to those chat rooms. For some reason i cannot get in to the chat from mirc, but I am in there now from the java applet.

Does anyone mine if I register the channel so we can access it through mIRC? I can do a sample on at #Squeek if nobody minds. I think it has to be registered or something on this server for mirc people to be able to use it. If it works... well we'll have to talk -.-

Well I'd be able to set up the chan so it's registered and everything if only there wasnt one other person there.

Whoever "LinkyPoo" is (Links_Shadow?), can i get in there to register it and everything? That'd be good.

If one of the moderators of the forums wants to moderate that channel, i'l be happy to concede the channel founder to you. I'd do a good job... :p

I've gone ahead and done it to #AstralPulse. I'll drop it if i can reg the other chan. Lots of technical terms eh?

Feel free to join #AstralPulse on irc.webmaster.com. That's where I made it.

From the java chat (link above), you can simply type in /join #AstralPulse and you will be sent to the channel.
