I can feel energy in my body constricting my breath and weakening my ability to relax my body. they invade my mind, my dreams and feels like my soul. Im not an idiot(except for trusting them) my situation is real. any tips, healing or advice would be appreciated.

Understand and realize that the only person attacking you is you.
nice
I understand that. I am elimating my fear and doubt cause it is crushing me. but their are spirits and astral projected energy bodies after me. they can have an influence on the mind.
Tell them they don't belong with you. Then tell them to go away, and they will leave.
If you still meet them as live aliens or Grays in the astral, send them PUL (you google) and they will disappear with loud pitched shrieks.

Then you missed the entire point of that blog entry that PR made.
Nothing is "after you"... it's literally all a creation of your own mind.
As Pauli said, it's as easy as telling them (and believing) to go away.

a nice polyester knit fabric. throw your rain jacket at them.
Polyurethane laminate (PUL) is generally a polyester interlock knit fabric that has been laminated to a thin film of polyurethane. This laminated fabric is useful as a wind and/or water barrier in the construction of fluid-splash protecting garments, shower curtains, outerwear clothing, cloth nappies / diapers and cloth menstrual pads. It is very thin and breathable. It can be machine-washed and dried.
Polyurethane laminate was first developed for hospital equipment, where reusable waterproof fabrics were needed.
