Are you a twelve year old that's having orgies in school?  Because as someone who volunteers in school, I know this not to be true.
Are there pockets of underage kids having sex nowadays?  Yes, there are and always have been.  I am 53 years old, and when I was 13 there were a few  people who were having sex.  I'm sure this was true when my mother was young, etc.

If you take a look at the not so recent past, you'll see that in the Middle ages girls were bought and sold  (aka arranged marriage) at twelve years old, and there are still places like that where this happens.  Cults, and some isolated pockets of countercultural groups.

But this has nothing to do with seeing sex as sacred vs. seeing sex as something to be used to further a materialist paradigm, and I agree with Nodes of Yesod- if sexuality had it's rightful place in spirituality it wouldn't be possible to use it to buy and sell- therefore it is demonized and then brought to the unconscious, where it can then be used to push whatever agenda- be it mental/social control, or marketing purposes.
