I am wondering if anyone has tried the sine wave program that guarantees
astral projection in 20 minutes. Yes, I realize this is probably bovine excrement! But there could be something beneficial here, couldn't there?

You will probably find that many free holosync variations such as Boxed Nirvana and Abyss (http://www.gnomad.info/) are just as effective as paying for this kind of thing.
I can't say for sure about the site you posted because I haven't tried it, but no-one can guarantee astral projection in 20 minutes using brainwaves. In my experience brainwave technology only aids in astral projection, you still have to know what you are doing to actually get there.
