Does anyone know of astral projection being described in any religious texts? I would imagine almost every religion mentions it in some way or another.
I know there are actually several references to "projection" in the Bible.
I just don't think I could ever point you to the exact verses.
I know some where in the Bible is the 7 th heaven , some think that is ref. to the astral plane .
