discussing astral projection

Hi all,
  Does any one have diffuculty talking to others about AP in regards to them  thinking that you are a bit wierd and you might be crazy.
 
 Do they have a hard time taking in the idea of moving without a body, not bieng in your body in the first place and visiting those who have past over and all the other stuff involved.

Im just asking because i dont tell many people but the ones i do tell say they are worried about me and that i must be dreaming, your reading to many books and so on and so on.

Anyone with any experience had the same problem or have any ideas on what the best thing to do is in situations when the subject arises

i don't discuss anything related to paranormal/astral stuff except on forums, as i don't wish to make people think I'm mentally insane for believing in it
