I seem to be having a problem with some negative entities that constantly surround me whilst I'm awake always communicating to me and I heard from another source the way to stop these entities from getting a stronger connection to me is to ignore them all the time, the problem I'm having is that they seem to be able to create a response in my mind telepathically so basically I don't get to decide if I respond or not, it just won't stop it's been years and it's starting to really get to me, has anyone got any suggestions on what I should do about it??

Your problem isn't anything outside of you... it *IS* you.
Just remember that you are under no obligations to LISTEN to your thoughts nor act them out, but you do need to accept them.
Until you take responsibility for your own thoughts, you're always going to be at war with them.

Do you meditate at all?  Have you tried meditation?

Shane150495

All of my friends and family do tell me that it's all in my head, it's just really hard to accept that.
I meditate quite often but not everyday I guess I could try doing it more often. Thanks for the advice

Of course it's really hard to accept it.  People, especially today, have a really hard time accepting responsibility for their own thoughts/actions.
Nobody wants anything to be their own fault, as it's much easier to point at someone else and say it's their fault.  Right?  :)

The first step is realizing that 99.9% of your problems are actually problems with yourself.

You don't need to do it everyday (although I won't say DON'T do that.  :) ), but you can go for quality over quantity.

Riddle

#4
As a person who has been severely 'ill' from this condition, I can give some advice.
I have been attacked by visualisations, sounds, and other forms of 'hallucinations', which were highly unpleasant, drove me insane. I couldn;t listen to music because the sounds and thoughts would interfere so badly it would ruin everything. I could feel the phantom touch of it, everything just 'inside of me' but it was not there. Impossible to get rid of it.
This continued for two years, different monsters and scenarios until It got so bad I almost hurt my mother.
Then they drove me urgently to the psychiatrist clinic, where they fed me some pills and injections (it was more hardcore and scarier than that but oh well that's another question). After staying there for a month, the medium kind of helped me 'land' on Earth. The psychiatrist convinced me that, for my own good, I had to stop BELIEVING in them. He said, supernatural things might exsist, but we scanned your brain, tested your blood, and the results were very bad, so you must know that hallucinations can happen and maybe you can not distiunguish between the two. Even if you hear something, you don't have 100 % proof you didn't 'create' the sound so you have to isolate it, try to ignore it and not think you are attacked. When I truly, for the first time, thought of it as a hallucination and not attack, it started happening more rarely and now I am way better. Besides they gave me stabilizing pills and I think it helped a bit too.
So my advice is: you are NOT sure what is it. Do not be a fanatic mystic. Do not believe everything is 100 % true, especially if it is a bad encounter. Because if you stop believing in it, it goes away. With time you will get better. You will get more used to it. Try to stay calm and not get triggered. And by the way, especially if you have smoked pot, that might have enhanced it or triggered it, because I had been doing it, in the blood check they found that the pot was full of sh*t and I had to be cleansed. The pills and the cleansing period helped me, and, I am not sure whether pot triggered it or created it but stopping its usage helped a LOT because it just shuts the door I had been opening.
I was against consulting a doctor but after all a specialist was the only one to help me. My doctor is a very good one, though. And it was not pills necessarily, it was my will. I had hit the bottom, I couldn't live a normal life. At a tarot meeting a guy told me I was the only helpless one there. So that hit me so hard, it hurt me so much, It angered me, because he had studied eastern practices but he didn't ever encourage me, just abandoned me in all the demonic bovine excrement. So I learnt that I had to stand up by myself, somehow. And my worst mistake was that I kept delving in the demonic attacks, focusing only on these visualisations, daydraming even more. Staying in the hospital helped because it isolated me from the daydream frenzy. I know it doesn't help that much until you find your way of getting over it but I hope that at least hearing from me helped feel less lonely and more understood in this world of isolation.
Oh my God, I get you so SoSOSOOSOSOOSOSO WELL. They just automatically create the response. Exactly. bonking exactly. It didn't go away completely, sometimes I get signals before I fall asleep but then I say 'it's a hallucination' and it gets less bad. Try visiting a good doctor, really. It might help. I was stubborn about it, but here I am now, not phantomly raped by Dama Pika and threatened by Aliens, great. Btw, the SECOND I believe they are real, it starts over. Last day Archangel Michael visualised himself in my head, I felt his presence at my side, but then I thought: "Maybe he's made-believe". And the wi-fi shut down. Well, for the first time I truly doubted them, that's what really helped. If you fake the disbelief, the magic will probably not happen.
P.s. - I heard in my head "we are talking to you through your telephone'' and ''I will divorce your father, you will see'' one day before my mother out of the blue told me she wants a divorce, when there was no sign of it, so ... but ... yeah ... they told me other predictions that didn't happen so maybe my mind is a radar and is super sensitive and knew it beforehand.

Riddle was pretty much on target. Since you have already tried meditation I suggest you go see a psychiatrist. I have personally dealt with a mental breakdown with hallucinations for one month years ago. And no it was not caused by psychoactive drugs. It was caused by taking testosterone while I was underweight. I ended up in the hospital and got better. Haven't hallucinated since. Though to this day I hear music in my head almost all the time but I had that problem before my hallucination breakdown. I usually just block or drowned out the music and it doesn't bother me, though I still hear it most of the time if I think about it. Or if the music is very depressing in my head I'll put on some calming music on and it usually goes away.

Many people are very stubborn about seeing psychiatrists because they don't want to think that something is wrong with their mind or because they think that their delusions are real but as other people that have dealt with mental illness know biology and the brain plays a huge factor in the equation too. Thus the need for medications to help cope with the problem.

So my top recommendations are stop believing the voices and hallucinations, keep meditating, and see a psychiatrist. Good luck Shane.

If you are hearing these thoughts when you are very relaxed that is normal.   It happens to me early in the mornings when I am deeply relaxed.   It does not happen all the time.   If you are hearing these thoughts throughout your normal life then you may need to seek professional help.   If you are having negative thoughts that can be normal.    I admit I have negative thoughts just to myself.    I have to stop it and I am the only person who can do it.   Habits are hard to break but can be done.

Everyone here saying to go seek professional help. I disagree. A psychiatrist, psychologist or any other type of a doctor will not understand what is going on and most likely diagnose you with schizophrenia. This is NOT a mental condition and it is NOT only in your head. There are negative entities that take advantage of weak individuals and drive them insane. I was one of those people and what is funny in my case is that I willingly summoned such an entity. These were the hardest two years of my life but that made me much stronger. I wasn't threatened by it but instead it tried to turn me against my family and friends, creating paranoid thoughts that everyone around me is trying to use me and bring me down when in fact that entity was doing exactly that.
Anyways, it brought me to the point where I felt worthless, I was scared to talk to people and I just wanted to die. Basically, deepest level of depression which was perfect for it as it fed from my desperation, anger and fear.

So, what is important here is how I managed to defeat that thing. Here are the steps I took. (This took me about 1 year but my case is real heavy).

1. Meditate. Clear your head of thoughts and visualize white-blueish light filling your body and surrounding you like a bubble. This light is the purest type of energy that exists and will certainly help you.
1.1 This is a part of the meditation. Every morning when you wake up meditate and visualize all of your chakras activating. There are guided meditations on the web for this, if you're not sure how to do it. This is important since these entities attach to your chakras and drain them.

2. Call upon angels and guides. I know you might not believe in these, I didn't, but they are real and they can really help you out.

3. Keep telling yourself that you are stronger. Do not ignore the presence of these entities and the thoughts they spam at you. Instead, recognize them, accept them and let them go knowing these are not your thoughts and they shall have no power over you.

4. If you have friends who see energy and can heal, ask them for help. If not, keep on doing the previous 3 steps until you feel you're strong enough and start healing yourself.

5. Last step is to gain either the ability to see energy with your physical eyes or to learn astral projection. You need this in order to "grab" the entities attached to you and either transmute them to neutral energy or completely destroy them. By destroying I mean to shred them to small pieces so they lose their consciousness. I recommend doing both if you can and it is a must to be in a forest. The forest spirits will take care of the negative energy.

We as souls never have negative intentions, thoughts or fears. If you find yourself getting evil or paranoid thoughts that means your Aura is cracked and there is a parasite attached to it. Reiki healing is a good way to deal with them as Reiki masters see, feel and have the power to remove those parasites and heal your Aura.

I hope these tips will help you out. It won't be easy but it's worth it.
Namaste!

Medical professionals may not be able to fully understand it, but medications still work for these types of things. Other than that I'm glad you found something that worked for you.

I really appreciate the advice guys, I had already went to someone for professional help and they kept me in rehab for 6 months twice, also giving me all sorts of medication that would sedate the crap out of me but wouldn't really fix the main problems, their advice on the problems weren't very helpful and half the time they would nearly fall asleep whilst taking to me, I'm not over exaggerating honestly they didn't help at all. My social worker would think I was paranoid for watching ufo videos on Youtube even when not showing any signs of anxiety or paranoia which really annoyed me, she would say I needed to see the doctor again, even my other carers thought she was mad for doing it. At the moment I'm just doing what I enjoy doing which is drowning the voices and visuals out with over the top thinking about what i'm going to do with my life and I also think about random things like how the universe could've began and how our souls were formed what not it really keeps me happy for the time being, also I watch a lot of asmr which helps so much. I'm sure things will turn around eventually, again thanks for replying guys

I get this too.
I distract myself, or practice psyche (soul/spirit/mind) healing, the more I resist them, fight them, or the more attention I give them the worse it gets, the only helpful form of fighting or attention is the kind directed at defeating or resolving them on a psyche (spirit/soul) or psychological level.

Have you sought spirit animals? Have you tried energy extraction or soul retrieval?
Are you able to focus on other things in your life and is there times they are not on your mind?
Could they be linked to a trauma, belief system, or internal deficiency (depression, anger, insomnia, anxiety, diet, lifestyle, meaningful relationships, happiness meaning ect your life)?
