This life is very strange. Why do we must to live in the physical body if the Astral World it´s much better?  

This is a dangerous thought for suicides.

Your idea is similar (in a different way) to some budhist toughts. For budhist we are The One (not Neo[]), we are not our ego, but even more than that, we are all the universe. The problem is that we saw ourselves as being one person "Hello I´m Carlos" instead of seing ourselves as being all the same.

Maybe the objective of life and the idea behind all the 7 existence planes( from the lower- the earth, to he highest), it´s to bring us back to what we really are: GOD.

Most of us assume we are having out of body experiences to visit our astral body, but what if this life is just a long out of body experiance from our astral body? In fact, thats probably the case.
