Hi Sofiewulven,

You have picked some choice places in the UK already. Glastonbury is 40mins drive from Bristol, full of tourists in the summer but has a very powerful energy. The 2nd hand book shops are great although the new age stores are very expensive. Make a point if you can to visit Chalice Well, The Abbey and The Tor. Bath, Wells Cathedral and Wooky Hole are worth a look see. Avebury and Stonehenge are little further afield!

Western and North Scotland are stunning. However if you have opportunity and time take the Seacat catamaran over to Northern Ireland and get yourself up to the Antrim Coast, you will not be disappointed. See: www.discovernorthernireland.com

For other ideas also see Martin Grey's www.sacredsites.com or even better take time to browse Julian Cope's mammoth site: www.themodernantiquarian.com

Enjoy your trip,

Stephen

Thanks for the information.
One thing I do like to do to get a feel for a new place is check out the local bookstores.

My family and I are traveling about: Bristol, the Isle of Man, and northwest Scotland in May.
We will be seeing the various special places that are obvious, like the Uffington white horse and the ancient henges, but I know there are often special places that don't make the tourist news. (The US southwest is full of them)
Anyone have a special place that an astral-aware person should not miss?
