Automatically waking up

There is a time every morning i automatically wake up and feel virtually very fresh(no ned for sleep), i just "pop out", dream cuts off, and my eyes are open, its usually from 5-6 am but may vary, usually i just look trought window/at clock and sleep further, why this is happening?
And its almos every morining, independent from time its actualy is it feels like its always the same time...almost like a kick..
..sometimes i think it happens when dream "movie" ends
..can i do something with that?
