As I was going to record the 3 fragments I remembered this morning, I noticed a system in my recall.

I would remember either a Full dream or multiple fragments one day,
The next day I wouldn't remember anything,
Then the 3rd day I would remember a full dream or multiple fragments again.

Any advice/ help?

This is typical, the recall is far better if something triggers it.
Not knowing what the triggers are doesn't matter. You'll be doing something and a tune playing in a passing car can have the same sound and you recall it from the experience. This brings the memory back for a while si it's a good idea to make notes.
Once you have a fair collection, you can then read them and start to put them in order.
As you do this you'll start to trigger more memories. Eventually the whole thing can be recalled and the amount of details are outstanding.
A fast recall this way can take a couple of weeks to do. A month of it and you'll get 90+% of the experience.
It really helps that the experience itself was a crystal clear one. The recall can be done 30 years after the original experience. Recall and notes taken over a couple of months may just amaze you.
Its 80+% accurate too. A few fill-ins may be required. These too may be recalled later. Edit comes in handy for this lol.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Our memory, yes even the long-term memory, actually really sucks. For the very large majority of mankind, anyway. Keep in mind, some things that you may "remember" may not have actually happened at all.
