Chocolate induced travel?

Doing some study in this interesting subject; Evidence shows the pineal gland, our third eye, seems to attract calcium more than other locations in our body. Raw cocoa helps with decalcification in the body. Could this be why its said people tend to have vivid dreams after eating chocolate?

Food for thought.

Xanth

Try it a few nights and find out.  :-)

LightBeam

I' ve never heard of it, but considering I am a huge chocoholic and have frequently APs, it may be true :)

I personally think that the "texture" of the pineal gland does not play a role in conscious astral travel, but again I cant prove it.

Well as a newcomer to this I would like to try it, just to see, however if it does end up working after trying to project for a while, was it the chocolate, the training that helped, or both. So it will be hard to get conclusive results this way.

However as I'm not having much luck as of current, and I do drink a crap load of tap water, I will switch my diet to Primarily fruit juices and and forms of chocolate and pizza, as cheese, as opposed to milk, can also have the same effect as the chocolate.

I'll let you all know how it went!

Xanth

Don't switch from water to fruit juice.  Don't worry about the water.

Switching to fruit juice will only massively increase your sugar intake and make you huge.

Keep your brain healthy, because it is the device that translates our experiences and triggers memory recall from conscious and unconscious astral travel. Therefore choose a plan that will do so. Omega 3 is the best choice. Definitely more vegetables and few fruits. Sugar is poison and creates fatigue and all kinds of diseases in a long run, so try to control it. I make smoothies from kale and berries, add some water to make it liquidly. This to me is like a power drink and it will keep you looking young forever. Some people think that I am a vampire because they don't notice me aging  :-) Just saying :-P

I know high fructose corn syrup stays in your body for 4 days or something and your body doesn't even know how to digest it. Something like that.

Lightbeam- Is cane sugar bad? I have all natural sodas for special occasions its basically organic soda but it has 40g of suger per can. AFter I drank one I felt like crap and got really shaky. However I can have some dark chocolate every now and then and be okay. like 4 small pieces.

That's because fructose is a poison.  It can only be processed by the liver, which is where it bee-lines to after you eat it.

See normal sugar is glucose AND fructose... High fructose corn syrup is ALL fructose.   It's 100% concentrated poison.

Xanth I wonder if hfcs is one of the main causes of disease now a days. Or just people feeling like.crap. My grandma consumes TONS of hfcs and aspartame a day. She has I think two.diet cokes a day and maybe atiny glass of water:. I checked her fridge and its.nothing but sugar products with hfcs. The pickles she buys has hfcs. She eats fast food everyday. She knows wherebi stand on nutrition and she says but Cody I been eating it for years and years and I'm okay
Here's the thing. She never sleeps. he always has insomnia and never gets a good.full hours of rest. She has headaches daily. She always has diarrhea or is sick to her stomach. She is always tired. She has dangerously high bold pressure , she seems to always get sick with something. She just looks not healthy even. What's sad is its almost like she's accepted this is how life is... You get high blood pressure and always feel like.crap. I don't know... Everyone I talk to.about it says the.same thing. Well I'm still here Cody...! Yeah but that's tough to feel like that daily isn't it? :/ I don't say that but everyone says that. Like if they haven't passed away it must not be bad for you. Eh... It is a main source of most diseases today.  Sugar is a big problem.  We're a civilization of drug addicts.  Yup, sugar *IS* a drug...

Watch that.  He'll run through all the scientific breakdowns of how sugar runs through your system and point out exactly to you how it's a poison and how it's destroying our civilization.

High fructose corn syrup and aspartame are two of the worst things you could be feeding yourself.

Thanks Xanth! I'll check it out. Edit: Have you seen Dr. Wallachs stuff? I think you would really like his stuff.

Well, cane sugar just does not have the chemicals that are in table sugar added through the refining process, but it has the same amount of empty calories and it causes your blood glucose to spike above normal ranges. That depends of course on the amount, but most foods single serving exceeds the recommended amount. Now, acid (in soda) and sugar combination is double trouble. Acidic environment in your body means thriving of diseases, bacteria, fungus and cancerous cells. Their food source is glucose, and when your blood sugar level gets high because of high carbs (sugar and starches) intake, you keep feeding them. You need to choose foods that are more alkaline, because in alkaline environment no disease can survive. I am talking about diseases based on mutated cells, fungus, which can convert into cancerous cells. And also this environment protects your cells from mutating and  altering your DNA not in a favorable way. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I have to make efforts to control my sugar intake. I use coconut sugar, which is basically dried coconut, ground very finely. It tastes just like brown caramelized sugar and it does not spike your blood glucose. I do drink soda from time to time when I have burgers or pizzas, because I don't want to completely exclude these yummers out of my diet. You gotta live a little, but overall if you eat good you can afford having a fun day once every two, three weeks and enjoy whatever you want.

Never heard of him.  But then I've also never heard of the other guy before I watched that video.
I'll check him out.  Thanks!  :)

In regards to "sugar cane"...
Lightbeam is correct.  *SUGAR* (which is one part glucose and one part fructose) is bad for you regardless of how it comes.
QUICK SUGAR LESSON!!

When you consume sugar (remember, ANY sugar) the moment it hits your stomach the bond holding the glucose and fructose together breaks.  The glucose then gets sent throughout your body and is used directly by the cells in your body as energy.  This is good.  Nothing wrong with that.  However!!  The FRUCTOSE, as I said above, then goes directly to your liver to be processed.  Your liver processes everything you eat that your body can't otherwise process itself or be used straight up.  In your liver, it gets converted over and over to many different kinds of chemicals... NONE of which are good for you, ALL of which are derivatives of posion.  Nice, eh?

Now, you might be asking then why there is sugar in fruit, which is supposed to be good for you!
The sugar is in the fruit to get you to eat it.  That's the entire reason it's there.  It's to entice you to eat it so you'll also get the other goodness of the fruit.
Fruit, however, has a natural defense to the fructose in the sugar within it... that defense comes in the form of FIBER!  There is a lot of fiber in every piece of fruit you eat... the fiber helps the sugar pass through your system unprocessed.  In essence, it goes in one end and directly out the other... no bond breaking, just passing through you.

So now you know why there is sugar in fruit and how fruit protects you from the sugar within it.  :)

Oh man thank you both so much!! I been researching diet for a long time. I wondered why I felt like garbage that night... My grandma gave me a slice of pie... And I thoughtokay tthis is not on my normal diet. But... I been eating so good for so long I can cheat a little. It was good but 30 mins later I drank an all organic rootbeer which I don't do often. 30 mins after that I got super shaky and it all kicked in that I consumed like 90 g of sugar within 30 minutes. The next hour and a half really sucked...I am on an extreme low sugar diet so I think I made my body freak for a second too. I was wondering about fruit.... Thanks for that! I do eat lots of fruits with veggies. I wonder if that could be a cause of liver failure... Tons and tons of sugar intake. I see kids drink like ten monsters and then have a seizure. It's like poison in a can!

It's sugar.

If you want to add sweetness to something, try an alternative... stevia perhaps?
I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking to grow my own this spring/summer to see.

As far as the de-calcification goes... Chocolate has a lot a magnesium in it.
Magnesium does help your body to absorb calcium as needed. If you don't get enough magnesium
along with the calcium, the calcium will get stuck in all sorts of places where it shouldn't be...like the pineal
gland !

Otherwise..this sounds like an excuse to eat to much junk food...."Oh I have to eat all this chocolate and pizza
because I'm working on going out of body..."

Raw cacao is good for you yes..but its all the sugar and dairy in it that's not. And ALL dairy is bad for you...
Did you know that in a study of autopsies, they found that people had an average of 15 to 30 POUNDS of dairy sludge
in their intestines ? Yuck, right ? Name one species other than humans who eat any kind of milk after being weaned...

I believe this guy 100%, so I am just going to quote this. I am not saying your wrong but check his first response: about milking causing cancer.
