Could an underlying medical issue keep me from APing?

I recently found out that my spine is curving in all the wrong directions, I have multiple pinched nerves and severe muscle asymmetry in my back (meaning one side is stronger and tenser, so it is pulling my spine out of whack)  It looks like I have scoliosis in the xrays...

Could this be the cause of my inability to AP? Could my tense muscles be keeping me behind?

Do you feel tension when you try AP? If you cannot relax 100% then that may be the reason. I hope it's nothing seriously wrong with your back.

Being stressed CAN definatly make it very hard to AP however. even daydreaming that you are actually reading this is an AP after a certain fashion. you must remember that your not in your brain your in your mind. and that your mind is not in your body your eyes are. energy travels for all time in all directions making you a giant sphere of awareness that covers all eternety. more over just like a worm you have seven minds in seven different eternetys. so even if you are phisically to stressed to have a full energy projection like right now dont loose hope because there are many things you can master right now even when stressed. for example when you walk down the road you can delete cars in your mind and send your perceptions over to that tree on the hill and look back at your self. just because you are activly using your physical body dosent mean your not all ready using 3 bodys or in your eternal universes many more. its all about where your focus is. simply closing your eyes and trying to imagin what your kitchen looks like dosent mean your not actually there looking at the real one does it?. remote viewing is a form of AP and you can take it as far as a full blown energy projection regarding clarety and sensations but just with the addition of an extra vehicle (your physical body). also remember if you look through a wall and see a blue bucket but when you check its really a chair it dosent mean you was wrong it may simply be that you was when not then. if it helps try this in your mind dress your self up as a super hero and go for a walk and see if being a little imature and daft gives your brow center a good workout. when I look down at my super hero outfit with my eyes open I cant even see what im really waring because my focus can switch completely to the "reality" where im a robot or a dragon etc. do many many silly things to strenthen your brow and your mind and get used to creating realitys and in no time at all you will have a great time. also going for a walk for 30 mins around a field or somthing and getting some fresh air will help you to get some deep sleep alowing your body to really absorb a good nights rest.
