Strangling sensations

I get these wierd feeling sometimes, as if someone was trying to strangle me with their hands.
It's happening to me right now as I write this. It's very uncomfterble.
I need to take pauses as I write because it's intense sometimes.

I can't lay on my back when trying to sleep because the bed sheet lays right over my neck and I get the strangeling sensations again.


What is this and how can I get it removed?
