ive noticed a key aspect to projection methods is key relaxatin and clear mind. with this said ive done alot! of research and study on dreams and lucid dreaming and a tek i found for producing a WILD is waking up at night so your halfway in the dream state and fully physically relaxed and mostly mentally relaxed. ok now for the meat of my point couldnt you try to do this with projecting? set an alarm and wake up or would this just induce a ld instead of astral projection?

The answer is yes. Set the alarm for 6 hours of sleep and get up have a drink then go back to bed. Meditate to get relaxed then try a technique to project. Its quite a successful way to go as you are already physically rested.
You can project from lucid dreaming, that's what i normally do... i wake up in the morning 1hour or 2 earlier, stay up for a bit get my brain worked up, then im conscious while my body is asleep then its about shifting my consciousness out side of my body, pretty easy once you get the hang of it
Come too think of it, i could probably project every day or at will if i didn't have any distractions like computers, tvs, phones all interfering and making my projections fuzzy :P
