I've been into psi stuff since i was 9 but ive been trying to do AP since...6th grade so thats about 4 years. It takes a while but once you do have an OBE it is all worth it [:D]

yeah ^_^ a lot of the times it happens randomly but I'm working on being able to do it on my own. I just find myself out of my body so i dont remember what i really do-- but I started to notice lately that right when i start to get closer to the awake/asleep line my thoughts become more visual.. like i can start to see what im thinking so that is a big hint for me that its a good time to try and project. I also find when i read a lot about AP i tend to be thinking about it more so when im dreaming i sometimes start to think about it and then im out.. [8D] keep trying though-- you will be able to do it so dont give up [:)]

I've been projecting consciously for 44 years now. I am very grateful for the experiences. Sometimes they are simply fun and beautiful, but most of the time there are lessons for me to learn. They keep me very humble and open. I was 11 when I had my first experience. I am now 55. I remember telling an aunt and uncle who laughed and laughed but they didn't put me down. My uncle had been a POW twice during WWII, so he had had his own spiritual experiences that opened him to a greater reality. Even though I am 55 and have been projecting for many years, I feel new every day. I feel like I'm beginning life all the time. I don't relate to time like most humans, and I think that is something that many projectors and other evolutionaries experience, our ways of measuring things change. Sometimes we simply can't. Our experiences often defy description and measuring. But it's fun to meet other people and try. We usually end up laughing and realize how much we don't really know anything about anything, but it's fun to try and express what we can.

Dont feel bad FreeFaller, I still havent projected either. I got in to different kinesis/psychic things maybe a year ago. Im 13 now and have been trying to project for, oh say, 3 months. I cant really give an exact amount because I like to think that Im starting over again, but this time with a little bit more experience. Lets see, I have practiced Telekinesis for a few months, now I do it on and off (like once or twce a week). I can spin a pinwheel, and I was lucky to be able to do it on my first ever try (man that ticked some of my friends off, scince they still cant move anything yet).
But probably the most important thing that got me into psychic related stuff was a book by Stephen King, FireStarter.
Lets see if I can remember all the stuff I practiced....
Pyrokinesis, (these are in order by the way) ki, telekinesis, a little bit of NEW right now, and OBEs.
Hmm now that I look at it, I havent really done much, lol.
Yea so theres my little blerb on me, and sticking with the point of this topic, I shall say once more that I have been trying to have an OBE for about 3 months.
The End!

I was just thinking the same thing. The only thing I can think AK stands for is Aerokinesis, but I dont see how it would be used to alter time as FreeFaller implied.

Euphoric Sunrise

It all started the night of December 24th 2002. That's when i got the kick i needed. And it was a BIG kick! Booted me all the way out of the universe! Most surprising of all is that it was a book [:O] [:P]
