Curious questions about senses (sight and hearing)

I've got two questions.  I've wondered what this is... I was riding in a car today when I realized that directly infront of me I could see random blobs or shapes seeming to move forward they seemed to be of a translucent grayish purple color and the entire of the shapes together were of a circular shape with the shapes going to the middle to seem to be going forward... Is this an optical illusion or does anyone know what it is?

Second Question... Some people hear very high pitched hums, myself and friend include, although I've asked others if they hear it and not all do.  My grandpa told me it was simply something that my family heard alluding to it is a genetic thing, yet my friend hears it.  It is the high pitched noise that is heard best when there is no sound at all.  although, if I focus on it I can hear it.  Is my brain making this up or do other people know what I'm talking about?

Just two questions I was thinking about today... if you have any ideas post them.

I hear this high-pitched noise too. I guess it's hearing damage.

are you sure it's hearing damage?, because I've heard it as long as I can remember.

some people are saying that it's caused by spirit entities/angels being in the room, I don't know if it's true or not. For me it activates spontaneously sometimes and always  after I'm using a high speed angle grinder. The cases with grinder seem to support the hearing damage theory, to check the spirit theory you'd have lie down in a dark room, relax, enter trance with open eyes, and ther if you'd have brow chakra developed enough and there would be a spirit in the room you would see a moving ball of light where the spirit is.

after thinking about it perhaps it is your first conculsion I remember that I've flown more than the average person... especially when I was really young... between birth and 5.  so perhaps that damaged my ears slightly.  However, I do know that I have good enough hearing to hear high pitched noises of electronic devices.  So that's what leads me to think it's not my actual hearing itself.  It could be your second conculsion but I don't think I can prove it yet... however that noise is there whenever the room is completely quite.  I know when it's there because I'll check to make sure it's not from some house hold appliance or anything and it isn't.  I'm not sure what other conclusions could be made about that though.  Have you experienced anything like what I said about seeing certain "blobs" or anything like that? I have no real knowledge as to if it's connected to non-physical things or if it's just my mind playing a trick on me and it could be with both of these cases but then other people are being tricked the same way.

I can see some kind of "blobs" when my eyesight is relaxed. They are half-transparent, and are in constant random motion. I guess it has something to do with blood vessels in the eye. when the my eye is lighted correctly I can see the blood vessels in with perfect sharpnes and their image overlaps the normal sight. Maybe these blobs are some kind of particles moving in them?
I've also seen moving points of brigh light when summoning demons.

The blobs could be signs of high blood pressure or even diabetes.
Not sure about what you're hearing....I heard what sounded like a fax machine (not the high pitch but the low grinding noise it makes in between) I heard this for quite awhile.  The doctors kept telling me it was nothing.  I woke up one morning completely deaf and the doctors still say it's nothing.  Wish I had an answer to share with you, but at least now you know you're not the only 1 (or 2, since your friend hears it also).  
I've also been told about Taos Hum, which is some sort of rare noise heard by people all over the world.  I'm still looking into that myself.

When it's very very quite I can hear that high pitched noise that sounds like a church bell ring without the bang. That sound takes over all my hearing until any real sound can be heard.
