Hello.
Some of you may be familiar with the term 'online free form text based rpg'.
It's how I started in RP back in 99.
I had a gamer approach and went from being a decent leveled rper to a horrific god moder wielding super powered god characters.  It's usually the opposite, you start as a god moder and get into more relaxed, storyline oriented play as you develop your skills.

I played at Ayenee on Yahoo as well.
I also enjoyed a site that doesn't exist anymore, called Guild Of Imagination.  Frick was that ever an awesome site.  Not many people on it, but they were all pro and really good lay out.
So if anyone wants to rp, we can throw out some posts.  Remember, it isn't about winning or losing, for some it is, but for many who used to RP, it wasn't even about the combat aspect.  It's about building a story that creates memories, and characters that can either be retired with a good record and much history, or passed down to new players.

So if anyone wants too, let me know here, and we can arrange a play date on some chat service.  Oasiz is still 'active', seems dead to me, lotta BS, but if we want to play, we will.

I had so much fun developing my character powers and abilities, playing out scenes in my mind in between  SSB matches with my friend, in between getting high and losing my marbles to the satanic characters I was continuously invoking.  It's play, but some can take it very seriously, their emotions and mental energy goes directly into their characters, and it's hard to seperate the reality sometimes.  That's why in the RPers Creed there is the distinction made between IC and OOC.  In Character stays in character, and ooc is whatever.
