Title: does electric blankets stop you projecting

does electric blankets stop you projecting
i just thought of this because i read in monroes books that our astral is attracted to electric and seem to get stuck there. in which case if were lying on something we want to project from that has an electrical current running through then does that not mean we wont seperate we will be grounded to the blaket

also i used an electric blanket for a little while and i never recalled any dreams or projected whilst using it

just a thought

That's actually a really good question.   LoL
The Grounding explanation sounds like a good theory to start with.

My bed has an electric blanket on it, and I can recall dreams while sleeping with it turned on. Also, I don't know if this applies only to astral projection or not, but I have managed to phase into the 3D blackness several times with the blanket turned on. So, based only on my experiences, I'd say that they would only affect you if you think they will.

yeah well the reason i ask this is cause my land lady (i live above a pub) never turns the heating on so i invested in an electric blanket but then one time i got stoned and left it on over night and it broke so am thinking about buying a new one cause its cold here

to be honest i only had the electric blanket for a short period of time and most of that time i wa stoned so that may be why i never recalled or projected but also during meditation i keep think nah am not gonna project with this on (electric blanket)

so mabye i ll get an eletric blanket and just use it when am not wanting to project (i guess that means never cause we all always want to project haha)

thanks guys

I have an electric blanket and it doesn't stop me from projecting. However, I only have it switched on 45 min. before I go to bed and then switch it off when I go to bed because it is then warm enough. But I don't think it will stop you even if you have it on at night.  :-)

thanks timandra but how come when monroe projected he was sttracted to powerlines because it was electric yet we can still project when using an electric blanket it just does nt correlate lol
