Why learn.....?

i dont know if i get the point of your question, but in my hollidays i will try to learn obe because it´s a great thing to achieve: the flying sensation; the certain of life after death; the possibilitie to find new realms of existence or meeting beatiful places in our world, are some of the main reasons for the sacrifice...independtly of the method used.

PS: when you are able to control your obes, try to make many times the card test and report me (please[:I]) the results: are they positive can we proove the astral project. as being real?  I think that i will demand this to every astral projector[]

Card test?

Card test or another valid tes. For example: befor you obe you pick up a deck with normal cards and shuffle it. Then you pick up let´s say, in 3 random cards (without see it) and, with closed eyes, you will put it in the top of an high place (cupboard, cabinet,etc).

Then, you astral project and attempt to see the cards. Memorize tha card and return to he body. Then confirm if indeed (while in the body) the cards were the same as in the projection. With many sucess you will proof that it is no mere statistic lcuk and that we are facing something very real.

Unfortunatly, here in the forum no one seems very interested in doing it!

When i learned that there may be more to this world than what we can physically understand, i had to try. I mean, i always thought there was, but there was huge doubt in my mind.
Why keep myself in the physical world only when i know that there is more to my life than that?
The only thing i'm certain of about life is that i can learn, and that i love to learn. I especially love to learn about metaphysical stuff and expand my mind. I have no reason not to try and every reason to try. So i do []

Well, I've had a few OBE's, and only a couple have been on purpose. I've spent hundreds of hours practising (and failing!)....Why bother? the reason to me is quite obvious - because I've enjoyed the experience so much, I want to repeat it !!

Me being 15 and having a hellish lifestyle, I have a lot of stuff on my mind..I think its harder for me to learn then most as well..(NEW dosent work to well for me[}:)]) I have ap'ed numerous times however(but never really totally on porpus...But thats besides the point[|)]) I met up with another to-be projector..He asked me why I have gave many moons of a possible good night of sleep to porpusly keep myself awake only to fail after staring at the inside of my eyelids for 3 hours...But I guess a reason is the happiness and freeness you get from being astral^_^ I mean you can do anything. So the whole point of this is why did you sacrifice time and such to learn somthing you did not even know would work?(come on,I know you had some doubt^_^)
