Astral Pulse passwords compromised? If not will they?

This in the news today. Normally I wouldn't think much of it, but they are targeting all websites. Even small ones.

I know some of you probably don't care and think your some how separated form this and much of what goes on in the world. But good security is always a must IMO. I mean I would hate it if some hackers broke in the messed up the website and put virsus on this site since they didn't like the message. Anyway times are changing. And hackers are growing and getting more sophisticated. And we don't even have https here. Much less SSL I think it's called.

I personally dont think Someone in the Known would mess with this site. it is just too normal and means selfish help to others by users and Moderators here.

Exept for: a) Someone rencorous, full of hate, who got dropped out of the pulse and swore to the last breath of his life to make us all pay.
                 b) Some super organization not minding his own bussineses paying White/Black hats to do the job just to gather all the info. Just for the sake of it.
                 c) Some drunk super geek browsing pages around having nothing to do.
                 d) Someone knows someone, who would pay large amounts of money to know MY Account and Password so they could track me to punish me or shut me down for posting so little!!

I agree with you and I don't. On the one had you make it sound like it would take the NSA (National Security Agency) to break into astral pulse. LOL Honestly what's to say a nerdy teen that doesn't like this site wouln't do it? On the other hand I agree that there is no reason to really get into this website for financial reasons. I just hope going forward into the technology age that this site isn't left behind, and gets targeted for whatever reason. Some small sites don't even have basic security on their websites. Like good passwords.
