Trying to Astral project

years ago when i was in my early teens i knew nothing about astral projection or heard of it, id go to sleep at night, and moments later i would find myself terrified, my body was numb, i couldn't move. my head would buzz, it felt as i was falling deeper and deeper into some kind of trance. i would fight it, trying to jolt myself out of this trance. Years later i found out about astral projection then realised what it was. Now that im intrested in astral projection im trying night after night to prject. i was wondering if there are any others out there that had simmilar experience as myself.
