Feeling of a hand...

I usually wake up and want to go back to all but a couple nights ago I didn't.

I have continuously been practicing seeing the etheric and only ones seen someone else's aura. As well as meditating And trying to astral project every night. I had this weird feeling at first I could see in my mind a had reaching at me but behind me when I was asleep and then I woke up feeling it digging into my back and pushing my physical body up a foot from the middle if my back were it was digging into my skin. I didn't scream but I could still feel the pain for a long time after that.

I didn't know which thread to post it in so I put it here but if anyone might know what I have  experienced it
would be a great help.
