Squared Vision

Sounds wierd, im not sure what exactly you mean see squares.
Some times when I was younger and I was afraid I would start to run, and my vison would like zoom in, and I could only see the tiniest bit of the road in front of me. Not sure if its anything like that or not.

I saw something similar one of the first few times I smoked salvia divinorum 15x extract (legal). Everything I saw looked like it was on a square tile. The tiles moved around like a puzzle. The tiles in their positions together formed what my eyes would normally see. When I walked across the room, it didnt look like I was moving. Instead, the tiles rearranged. When they were done, they looked like what I would normally see from that position. Within each tile were smaller square tiles.

Sounds like a trip. One time I crashed while skateboarding. I landed on my head without a helmet and everything turned yellow and everything broke into block form, then it all crashed into eatch other.. I got messed up pretty bad.

Aries, by squares i pretty much mean what beavis described. This was around 10 years ago so i don't remember too much, but what beavis described sounds pretty much the same as my experience. I'm not sure about the re-arranging part though because i didn't move much. I wish i had experimented with it now!

Ok this is going to sound silly, but i have to ask. [)]

When i was around 5-7 years old, i was at home with my parents. It was day time and we were in the lounge room. I had just drank some green cordial and then suddenly and without warning my vision turned all squarey! I mean i was literally seeing everything in squares!
Needless to say, i completely lost it and started screeming. I was absolutely petrified. I screamed at my parents about it (they were in the room), my mother ran and got a towel and covered my eyes with it.
As i remember it, within seconds my vision returned to normal.

Now, although i was sure it was the drink and i stayed well away from green cordial from then on, i'm not so sure now.
I'm not saying it's anything metaphysical, which is why i'm posting it here, but i'm searching for an explanation of any sort.
I don't know that i didn't imagine the squares (although one doesn't just imagine seeing in squares and it happens[]), but i do know that i didn't imagine the event. My mother still remembers it too.

So does anybody here know of any reason this could have happened to me? Scientific, metaphysical, green cordial, anything?
