Hey, guys! This is my first post in this section of the forum. I was wondering if any of you have AP spontaneously? I can't even go to sleep tell 3:00am. I don't like AP during the night because I'm a noob, and I get scared easily. Do you got any tips? I know it's going to happen because I feel like a wave of sand is going under neath me. Then if i turn over I begin to feel like I'm falling off my bed. I haven't had any scary or frightening OBEs yet so maybe it's just me imagining things.

The majority of my projections are spontaneous... lucid and astral experiences.
It's been this way for me my entire life.  I don't know how or why.  lol

What you're experiencing doesn't sound like spontaneous projection really... as you seem to have a very good idea that it's going to happen.

There's nothing inherently "scary" about projections... it's all about our perceptions of the unknown that make it scary.  There are a lot of new sensations to feel which can be very strange to new people... along with the fact that you WILL run into spirits/entities during your travels and "some people", for whatever reason, seem to be afraid of "spirits".

What you should do is work on your fears regarding projection.  Beat those, and you'll be free to project as you wish.  :)

its no more scary than falling asleep every night and you have been doing that all your life,

i think you need to man up and take the bull by the horns

I'm gonna do it, I've only seen 2 spirits so far and it wasn't that bad. It always happens around 11 o clock for me, so i think ill just man up and go to sleep early. Who knows maybe someone wants to show me around lol?
