Title: Focus 5?
Post by: Taoistguy on December 09, 2010, 18:49:02
What if there's another Focus level missed by kepple and Monroe and everyine else?
Is it possible there is something even more denser and 'physical' than this world?  Maybe there're billions of beings in such a place all wondering about the weird experiences they have when they accidentally drift into Focus 1. Or maybe they enter it somehow through their dream?
Complete poppycock? Or food for thought?

I've considered that before as well... but I haven't found anything related to it yet in all my research.

do you think there is some barrier that prevents humans from going "that far"?

I think Frank has had thought of a Focus 5, but not the one you mean. I guess a better name would be Focus -1, as Focus Z is already taken.

I think there is a focus/realm in which everything has a slower frequency, but not necessarily a higher density.  Such as infrared, which we can feel but not see.  So I have no problem believing that such a realm may exist, but what we call 'physical' is generally thought of as what we can perceive, so that's really a window in a continuum, but not necessarily an extreme in such continuum.

As a Taoist, you should know that all that really exists is Tao. EVERYTHING else is an illusory emanation of Tao, including all focus levels.

Actually every focus gets subtler not denser. And about the thing you said, its already covered in Focus 4 as Focus 4 beigns are capable of creating physical universes (F1).

From what I said what is higher is as the poster above said enlightenment or "the Tao". Actually Focus 4 is surprisingly similar to Yoganana's and Sri Yuketswar description of the Causal Realm above Causal Realm the only thing left is merger with the Creator or enlightenment. So most likely this is the final point missing, once you get to the final merger your are forever changed and as far as Im aware its a point of no return, so its logical that these authors never got there.

Ideologically, all "Focus" levels don't even really exist.  :)

Indeed, they are just different way to classify how consiousness is channeled into manifestation.

It was a rhetorical question, Pauli.  :)
Just as rhetorical as "everything exists?".

Everything Exists.  This is a statement, not a question.  :)  Nothing also exists, but in the case of both, it is Conscious Intelligence which makes the call.
"Nothing" is an aspect of Everything....it is a 'thing' in itself.  :)

So...even a moon made of cheese exists? Even a moon that is alive and talks exists in some alternate reality?

Yeah Franks description of Focus 4 was quite impressive to be honest. It is nothing short of mind blowing.
To be honest, I think Focus 5 would be sheer nothing.  Everything had to start from nothing.  Before anything was created, there was nothing.  Religious people may say that Focus 5 is God himself.  But even if there is an almighty creator, then even the almighty creator had to be created at some point. So Focus 5 would stretch way beyond that.

To me the F 4 oC description is fuzzy, unclear, lacks details and is mystic.

Could you describe what was impressive for you?

Frank says that Focus 4 has always been. There is no start and there is no end in the way that we perceive things. So in fact it was never created and it will not end, it is perpetual.

I'll tell you what... you try to experience it for yourself... then you'll know.
Call it a goal.  ;)

I've never experienced it myself knowingly... but, how do you describe something that is 100% subjective and non-individual?  <-- As per Frank's experience.
The answer to that question is YOU DON'T.  YOU EXPERIENCE IT instead.

Keep at it.  ;)

I'll meet you there one day, in this supposed Focus 4.
We'll experience what it means to be the action of "having a drink".  ;)
