Hey all. Back from a bit of a spell away from the forums hehe sorry[|)]

But now I'm back with a question that really tugs at my attention - What the hell are these FOCUS LEVELS people talk about??? I know there ain't no such thing as power levels and crap like that, but I do know that you can roughly classify certain things into the Focus Levels required for them(at least that's what I think).

Any help on what these focus levels are???

I know Focus 1 is the state you're normally in...any sites with a LIST of focus levels would be greatly appreciated.
