Before I learned that some foods like combining proteins and starches don't go together I was eating anything in combination .. But now I realized that this is wrong and I think it would benefit if I could know more about food combining and implement it every day. Fasting is necessary to remove the toxins from the body. When you sit down to meditate, you won't have any physical distractions.
