I would love to hear your thoughts on how to effectively work with the fourth tape. It seems to ask that you pull from your energy conversion box perceived fear then release followed by pulling the emotion associated with that fear then releasing as well, and finally bringing that memory associated with both into yourself. I could use some examples. I would love find someone who has gone through these program to regularly communicate with for advice and general conversation. Thank you.
