Good programs you can record your voice on?

Hi, I am looking for a program to record my voice on to send positive messages to my subconscious while meditating.

I have a microphone, now all I need is a program (free one possibly) that can record my voice and allow me to play it back, and possible record it. Does anyone know of such one?

Dictation Buddy is not free but probably the best app out there for voice recording. It's just a virtual dictaphone with some editing function and not a full-fledged editor like Audacity or GoldWave. If you want a random bombardment of positive suggestions you may have to code it for yourself. GroundControl is pretty good automatization tool. Or better yet, make a Winamp list with your suggestions in separate mp3s, add some files with silence and play it in shuffle mode and repeat on.
