I've just moved to London and I'd like to join a group of serious people practicing relaxation and/or OBE training, but I dont know where I can find this !

Can anybody help me ? Please tell me if you know or are in a group of this kind near London.

Yeah, I am in Edinburgh and have asked around in the past for any OBE/Astral related groups but haven't come across any as yet.

Hi I've been thinking about this thread.  I'd've thought Astral Projection is normally a solitary pursuit, no?  Maybe that's why there is a lack of AP/OBE groups.  I've recently moved house and would like to contact people with interests in spirituality AP etc and had been considering the possibilities for example a pagan/magick group, etc.  One possibility I have been considering is the idea of getting to know people through attending a spiritulist church do you think that would be a good idea?
