Wouldn't call it coincidence.
I'd call it an odd comparison between two things we know very little about.

100 billion give or take what, a few MILLION? even if its that, thats still a huge number.

We dont have so much neurons i think and the number of start in the sky its 10000000000000000000000 (twenty two  0s). Thats the expected number of stars in all universe

even if we have bilions of neurons thats far less than the number o stars.
