Hearing astral voices

Hello all, As of late I've had lionheart teaching me some wonderful techniques to help me progress on my journey, they work wonderfully for me and during some of the times I am using these focus techniques, when I get deep enough into it I hear astral voices loud and clear. They always make perfect sense in the way they word themselves but it seems as though they are random phrases such as "I've been sitting in this chair for a year", which Is odd to me (but really shouldn't be), more intriguing than anything I suppose. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their own experiences with situations like this and how they would communicate with said voice assuming its not just something to be heard in passing. All input and personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

I hear random voices from time to time during sleep paralysis. On several occasions I heard my name being yelled. I think this occurs because we transition to a higher frequency and all our inner senses get turned on, so we can hear the thoughts of others that could be connected somehow to us consciously or subconsciously. One of these voices that yelled my name I think was from a spirit that needed help, because after I "separated" I saw a group of people in a foggy type of environment that seemed lost. I posted this story somewhere here, but long story short, I mentally started communicating with them letting them know that they had their own power and all they needed to do was to free their minds of fears. Then they started disappearing one by one, hopefully to a better place.

The last time I heard an Astral voice, it was at the end of a Phase Session and it was "It is coming".

That one was definitely fuel for the curiosity, lol! 

I never got an actual chance to question that, since the session was ending and I was coming back to my physical focus.

It was totally unexpected though.

It's all so very interesting and exciting to me. Another that I heard after said "I am lost" perhaps when I am able to successfully phase I will encounter one of these voices face to face.

I love reading the posts of you seasoned veterans, it brings me happiness and encourages me to say the least.

Yes lightbeam I can only imagine the satisfaction it must bring to be able to help one of those lost souls, even here it's always so rewarding to help another person in need of it.

I've developed a method which solely relies on "hearing voices" with my ears actually, not telepathically. Thus it's a kind of clairAUDIENT experience. Still it only happens in the phasing/vibrational/trance state so it mixes with AP/OBE (I am not a channeller or medium at all).

I do not know if that's what you mean when you hear voices. In my case they are never random voices but they answer to my questions, mostly understandable stuff.

I think they are helpers and/or parts of my Higher Self. Some of them I suspect are former incarnations although I have no proof for it.

I call it now the "CAVE"-Method. The term is  first an acronym for Clairaudient Astral Void Experience, but secondly also a little pun for describing the situation of staying in the dark deliberately (like going into in a dark cave) and/or paying close attention or being wary / cautions of the voices that might come because "CAVE!" in latin means "Caution!" in medical language).

Some of my permanent helpers I also have seen already before so I can match their voices (when in darkness) to their faces I have seen (but then I communicate telepathically to them, not via 'real' voice).

I've had some funny astral voices over the years. "Stop that!" "Shutup" (wasnt even talking...) Some screams a long time ago... My name being shouted. Grunt like noises... My favorite was when I hit SP after hitting my snooze button about ten times and I hear an older lady say "okay you can get up now!"

As you raise your vibrational frequencies from spiritual practice, the bioelectricity in the part of the brain responsible for hearing is amplified thus enabling you to resonate with the auditory frequencies of the astral. This is commonly referred to as opening your clairaudient chakras.

Thanks for bringing up this topic.  I hear astral voices from time to time.  I kind of think of them like hypnagogic images.  When I'm tuned to the right frequency, there they are.  In fact, entering the hypnagogic state is a really good time to listen as well as look.  Recently as I was falling back asleep after a very intense dream, I was hearing talking through static and I mentally tuned my awareness very slowly around a "dial" of 360 degrees.  And sure enough, every little ways I would here different voices through the static.

The voices are always random as you describe and I have not be able to communicate with them ... although I can't say that I have tried hard to do so.  I just listen and try to remember. The words seem fairly coherent until I try to hold onto them at which point they tend to file in my brain as gibberish.

Definitely an area for further exploration.
