Hello..help

Hello! So when im tryin to astral etc.. i feel my eyes are so dry and they hurt and i feel green worms on me..u know those worms where butterflies come from. Theyr like crawling and moving on my face..into my ear and stuf. And i cant mentally touch them or remove them.. so i have to "remove" them physically touching myself and coming out of deep relaxion . What is this fing, help! thanks.

I'm afraid that there's no simple solution for you... just work on controlling your mind through meditation.

it could just be energy sensations as your energybody loosens, I get like pinpricks on my face but you just have to ignore them if you can
