KittyKatty, it could be nothing more than your astral double, sometimes they can look quite strange and scary.  All I can say is try and ignore it next time, surround yourself in the divine white light and remember that nothing can physically hurt you in the astral..[]

Everytime I sleep on my back I have Sleep Paralysis.  And they are really scary.  One time, I had Sleep Paralysis and I saw something lying on my bed and sat up and screamed in my face.  I was ugly, gray, wrinkly, and old.  It looked like a witch.  It did it several times.  I tried closing my eyes.  I kept screaming, 'HELP ME GOD!  HELP ME!  PLEASE!'  Finally it stopped, but I could still hear the screaming.  Every dumb time I sleep on my back.  I get so scared... Im only 12... Please help.
