A Neg is an entity from one of the spiritual dimensions that basically derives entertainment from making people miserable (thats how I see it at least). They feed of negative energy, which is why they tend to attack when you are depressed, in a fight with your parents/girlfriend etc. To get rid of them usually needs some energy work, I've never had to do it seriously because I haven't had any bad negs (that I knew about at least).

A lucid dream is a dream that you know you are dreaming, though it can go further than that, they are usually much more vivid and clearer than normal dreams (by contrast my dreams are foggy), and you can control things that happen.

So is there any advice on how one might get started with AP and OOBE?
Also another question I have, whats the diff between AP and OOBE?
As far as I can tell they are almost the same.. (still newbie to all this)
Also can you shed some light on what a Spirit Guide is?

Also, you may want to post any question regarding lucid dreaming in our Lucid Dream Forum. However, my understanding is that a lucid dream is knowing that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. There is also opinion that states that this must be a conscious type of knowing in order to be truly lucid.

Hello all, I have been a silent reader (no posts) on this website for awhile now. Anyways you all have inspired me to try some of the things talked about here... I just have afew questions regarding
AP and
OOBE
.. like first off some tips for a beginner would be great.. but what is a NEG ??
and a Lucid dream, is that just where you know that you are dreaming??
Because I always know when im in a dream or not. I believe I have some natural psychic abilitys but i wont go into that now...
I would really appriciate your input and help..
Some of the posts I enjoy reading are from Ginny and Logic, perhaps you two can help me?
