Hey everybody!
I wanted to make a topic on diet since it's very important to me lately and I wanted to get your take. What do you eat? I thought this might be kind of fun to share diets. I also wanted to ask your opinions on cholesterol. It runs in the family... However... Have any of you heard of Dr Wallach?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHQQtJSOTi0

He has been a vet as well as a physician for humans I believe. He has a very unique look on diet. His stuff got me thinking...

Why is Cholesterol an issue? There's people who eat 14 eggs a day who are healthier than horses. I also heard cholesterol meds cause Alzheimers. That it's a physician made disease. I ask because I do consume a lot of cholesterol through eggs.

I take the tom campbell approach. I eat fruits, veggies, mixed nuts daily, but I will also eat meat if it's available to me. I'm more a scavenger so to speak. I don't hunt for meat... There's no need to. If i have it available I will eat it though. I bless all my food with reiki before eating it as well. That goes with water too.

I heard cholesterol was actually caused by stress. Even subtle stress overtime. There was a guy who lived to be 90 something and the doctors asked what he ate and he said like 14 eggs a day.  is the whole cholesterol thing a myth you think? I will not go on cholesterol medication.

Here is a list of my diet though lately. Everything I eat is organic and I stay away from HFCS, Caffeine, aspertame, or any preservative actually. I have this thing where if it doesn't belong in my body that my body cant recognize it I don't eat it. I went to walmart one day... Well "had" to go to walmart one day to buy a flashlight and I saw these fruit things in a jar. They were on sale and in the middle of the store. It was like a ball of jello. Many balls of Jello. I looked at the ingredients and it said "high fructose corn syrup, Red #1, and something like sodium calamortate or something. It got me thinking what does our bodies even do when people eat those?

I eat

-Free range, organic humanely raised, all vegi fed diet, eggs
-Same with meats. Absolutely nothing added and they have to be organic and humanly raised.
-Chicken Wings (bake them) Use organic ranch and organic wing sauce
-Bananas
-apples
-Mixed nuts with sea salt
-Almonds
-Frozen organic pizzas (expensive but i dont get a lot of calories eating just veggies...)
-Frozen all organic non GMO meals
-PPJ's (organic bread)
-Lemons
-Limes
-Avacodos
-Carrots
-Soups (Organic)
-Organic cheeses on some sandwiches I make
-And many other things to snake on. Organic baked crackers... you name it.

I also take something called vitamin code. You should check this out it's amazing stuff. http://www.thevitamincode.com/Portals/19/Images/Products/SupplementFacts/TVCMens120_Feb2012.jpg and they dont use gelatin it's wrapped in all organic capsule. They are cultivated and it's all raw vitamins.

It's expensive stuff but worth it to me... I also drink so much water a day. I don't know if that's good or bad anymore since my water here is extremely toxic. The city even sent me a letter saying I was at high risk for bone disease because of the fluoride and god knows what else is in tap water.

I drink some juices too in quantities. Apple juice (organic) etc

Hi
I've  been wanting to go on the raw food diet for sometime now, but I realized that being  a meat eater all my life
the transition wasn't as easy as I'd thought it would be.

So I had to take small steps ,now I'm at the stage  where meats gone, and i'm cooking  1 meal a day,
thinking of different things to eat using my imagination when it comes to cooking is something I have always lacked.

through my day I usually snack on fruit, I've cut bread out, which was really hard to find things to fill that spot, years of habit,
I invested in a dehydrator which is great, holds all the goodness in, little snacks  lots of variety , you can store your fruits or what ever for a long periods of time.
another item i invested in was a water distiller which I'm still waiting on, it eliminates all fluoride  heavymetals etc
and I'm  getting some spirulina chlorella supplements ,which flush out the system , well theres many advantages to many to list.
green tea and honeys nice with some lemon
I've heard to many eggs is bad for you , I probably eat 4 a day which i was thinking might be  to much.

Another hurdle I hit was socializing, and the people your around and what they eat, temptation can be to much sometimes,
So discipline and support is important.

but overall its been fun especally since  opening a can and being the king of bland was my forte,
now I'm having to use my imagination,
but I FEEL GREAT though, lighter  :-D
