hi. im hoping someone on here will be able to read this without screwing their face up at me, which is what i have been getting from everyone lese i know :(
i am really hoping to speak to some like minded people on here as i kind of feel alone and would like some understanding.
I have been reading up on astral travel and i am almost certain that recently i have been doing it whilst asleep without meaning to. I am very spiritually minded and am happy that i may be travelling. However, from reading up on it i have found that i appear to be getting astral whiplash? Perhaps this is because i need to find a way to return easier? Can anyone advise me on how to have a less bumpy landing?
Also id just like a chat with people that dont think im crazy :)
Hi there eager2learn,
Welcome to the Astral Pulse.
A quick question to start this off... what exactly do you mean by "Astral Whiplash"?
oh i think you're crazy.
so you're saying that when you return to your body you experience some kind of turbulence?
never heard of such a thing.
QuoteI have been reading up on astral travel and i am almost certain that recently i have been doing it whilst asleep
Technically, we're all doing it when we're asleep. But a real AP is when you're aware of it. And if you're not aware of it, I doubt you're experiencing any whiplash, which I also have never heard of before. Whiplash happens to the physical body, it has nothing to do with AP. If you're waking up sore, I'd say it's related to something else.
i'm still not really understanding what you mean.
do you wake up stiff and sore (you're probably sleeping funny) or are you aware upon returning to the physical body and during that time you feel a jolt?
eager2learn...it's also possible that you're lucid dreaming! When I first began to lucid dream, sometimes I would wake up with an aching neck...as if I jerked my neck when waking.....maybe somewhat similar to whip-lash. I think that I was just tripped-out by the ability to lucid dream....just my opinion!
Body jolts are common.
I'm still not clear on what you're calling 'astral whiplash'. A body ache? Something else?

Hi there!
Have you consciously astral travelled before? Do you have memories of ano astral travels at all, even if spontaneous?
Again, as CF asked, what do you consider to be "astral whiplash" and
how do you know/guess you are experiencing it?
