Ahh sorry for causing work Nay [:D]
Just saw Daredevil. But the list of bad movies
is getting SOOO long. I would suffer from a nervous breakdown
if I counted the hours I've wasted watching them [8D]
Because people still pay to see the crappy movies...
And because of technology; which replaced ingeniosity/originality...
Hum, what was the last movie I did not like... that would be Sign!
Man, this movie was sooooooo 'empty'.
Daredevil sucked.
What other movies are you thinking about seeing?

I can't wait for What the BLEEP to come here!
Butterfly effect was neat too. I recommend it to everyone who
haven't seen it [:)]
Check out the Icelandic indie Noi Albinoi.

nay, you mean signs? i liked that movie, with mel gibson?
Yeah, Daredevil was terrible.
However, there are good movies out there. I have even worked peripherally around the movie business, and believe you me it is a LOT harder to make a good movie than you might think! The reason is simple - marrying art with action takes money, and LOT$$ of it! As you might suspect, those with the art and those with the money hardly see eye to eye, and are often at total odds. Unfortunately, those with the money usually have the awareness and lack the scruples to totally rip-off and exploit the art, thus Daredevil, which starts with a pretty cool concept, becomes totally trashed and unbelievable.
One really cool movie I could recommend that peels the hide off of Hollywood and shows some of what it's about is 'Mulholland Drive'.

This movie is an instant classic. Be warned though, it is completely anti-formulaic, and a lot of the story is metaphorical and in the details. One clue I'll give, for those who wish to see the movie, is that the color blue in the movie is symbolic of illusion.
This movie blew my mind when I saw it, and I think others who have become bored and disillusioned with the constant crap usually pumped out by the big studios will also enjoy it. [:)]
Why are the movies just pure _CRAP_ these days?
Too many people with too much money? [:(!]
I'm not even trained in the movie business but I bet my
a** that I could make a better movie. Actually it doesn't
take that much [:o)]
