I kinda think that the more you are able to experience expansion of consciousness (ie the more you have 'spiritual' experiences) the more content you become living here for the value it has.

So you might find that you start to project, and that after a while you realize that physicality has its benefits too and that you really can learn a heck of a lot here.

i don't know how often RB projects.

I have been wondering - is there a story behind your greeting? I like it.

To continue my zen approach to the who OBE thing, it seems that the more comonplace it becomes to exprerience OB the lesws meaning it has as such. The whole point of striving for something becomes only a waypoint in t he journey towards the ultimate goal. Whatever that is is different for each individual.
If we desire the experience we are denied it, when we achive the desire it becomes unimportant next to the new desire. And to break out of the circle you need to realize that aany and all thing are attainable and already attained.
And solmeone please hand me the painkillers 'cause I've banged my head against that particular wall since the word "It's a boy".

i can kinda understand that  it would become less of a novelty the more you do it....
the more and more i learn about OBE the more warped my aspect of it becomes.  at first I, and probably to the the average joe,  the fact that you can step into your own imagination is most appealing,  but ive learned that its more than that,  and that there are laws, demons, guides,  higherselfs, heaven and hell?,   and especially the akashic records which reinforce the notion that its a place  etc etc

Robert must project pretty often because it sounds like it happens very spontaniously because there are quite a few times that he tries not to project.I think the astral becomes just one more experience to have -you can be aware while your body is asleep.

does Robert say anywhere in AD how often he projects???  i havent bought it yet...    from what i know of OBEing  I sound like the kind of person who would never want to leave the astral......when i eventually get there.
